Pedro has been an integral part of CMP for nearly a decade, starting as a pump operator before advancing to dispatcher. His dedication, expertise, and leadership have made a significant impact, and this promotion reflects his hard work and commitment to excellence.

As Area Manager, Pedro will oversee a team of operators and technicians, manage scheduling and equipment deployment for CMP’s 24 Charlotte-area pumps, and ensure safety remains a top priority. His bilingual skills further strengthen communication with a diverse range of subcontractors and partners.
